World Cup number 3 is upon us, Fort William has been a regular on the World CupA�calendar for years now. While the track hasn’t had dramatic changes it will still require riders to be on their toes. The biggest changes are found at the bottom of the track where riders (after surviving the top part of the track) will have to negotiate some big moto style jumps as they head into the finish.

After round one in South Africa we had a two month break to go home and relax. I wouldna��t get this opportunity through the rest of the season, so I trained pretty hard at home. ***This interview was done just before Troy’s routine scrub didn’t go to plan in Austria. Leogang is where Troy hadA�a big victory last year and that would have been a big confidence booster for this years World Championships. For now the important thing is that Troy gets healthy, plus we all remember what Sam Hill did in 2010 at Mont Sainte Anne coming back from injury. They say how you get back up is the true mark of a champion, something which Troy no doubt is. Read on for an insight to Troys plans for this season.***
